Payments/ Bookings/Deposits

  • A 20% non-refundable deposit is required within 2 hours of booking. This goes towards your total cost for the service and is used to secure your appointment date and time.
  • The balance is due at the conclusion of the photoshoot. No images will be sent until the total balance is paid.
  • All deposits can be made through Zelle. (3467020334)
  • Any remaining balances can be paid through Zelle or Cash, at the end of the session.
  • All clients are expected to arrive at the photoshoot on time.
  • If the photographer is late for your shoot she will communicate this with you ahead of time and will still allow you the full amount of time that you have booked for your shoot.
  • A $10 late fee is required when clients are over 20 minutes late.
  • If more than 30 minutes late with no communication the photoshoot will be cancelled and can be rescheduled, based on the photographer’s availability.
  • We do not own a studio. If you would like to use a studio location we can recommend various sceneries for you, and you can either book the studio on your own or send us a separate deposit to book it for you.

Cancellations

  • Failure to attend your appointment should be communicated within 24 hours prior to the set appointment date.
  • Since deposits are no refundable, you’re able to reschedule for another date up to 30 days after.
  • If after 30 days and no date is rescheduled, the deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for a new session.
  • Weather-related rescheduling will be allowed if there is rain in the forecast or if the temperature is below 50 degrees.

Image delivery

  • Raw proofs will be sent before 24 hours after the photoshoot. Clients have 24 hours to select the images they want edited. 
  • Once the final images are chosen the turnover time begins final images will be delivered to clients in 7-12 business days. This does not include holidays or weekends.
  • Images will be sent digitally via Google drive. Clients are advised to download all photos within the first week of receiving them before the link expires. Once link is expired the photographer is not responsible for any lost images.
  • Booking with us gives us all rights to use your images on our social media platforms for promotions.
